This extension builds a categorized menu of programs collected from
operating system menu. Currently it supports Debian GNU/Linux menu
system and M$Window$ Start-menu programs tree.
Programs in this view are categorized under the same categories as
they have in the system menu.

- Rename to ee-startmenu or ee-start-menu, but better to make common ee-programs for both GNU/Linux and Windows. On Linux define what system is used, and use Debian or RedHat or KDE program lists
